Customer Returns Policy
Please contact us by email or phone in the unlikely event that your good(s) are faulty or you have received the wrong item, so that we can resolve the problem straight away.
30 day “no hassle” Returns Policy
We hope you love your Opticaid goods but if you are not 100% satisfied, you have 30 days to return your goods for a refund.
To be eligible for a return we must receive the goods 30 days after you have received them (unless we have an extended returns period) and goods must be in the same condition as received.
Extended Returns Period Christmas 2024 : Please note products purchased before Christmas can be returned up to and including 6th January 2025. Goods must be returned by the purchaser.
Goods must be unworn and unused with tags on, and in their original packaging. Items that show signs of use cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Returned items should be well packaged. Ideally, you should use the same delivery box / package in which you received your goods.
Please include the returns paperwork in the package so that we can arrange a refund promptly.
We recommend that you obtain proof of postage when returning goods to us.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
You will receive your refund once your returns have been received and processed. We process returns within 3 working days of receipt. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refunds but it is typically up to 7 working days.
Please note that items bought as presents can only be returned by the purchaser.
If you have received free postage when buying from us and you wish to return an item for a refund, we reserve the right to deduct a pro-rata P&P charge from the refunded amount in respect of our postage costs.
