Finance Administrator / Officer
Location: Yeadon, Leeds | Part-time (3 days per week) | Office-based. Permanent role.
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

We’re looking for an experienced Finance Administrator / Officer to join our friendly team in Yeadon, Leeds.
You’ll manage day-to-day finance operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, invoicing, reconciliations, credit control, and online sales transactions (Amazon Seller & WooCommerce). You’ll also support quarterly UK VAT returns, Bi-monthly Irish VAT returns, and work closely with our external accountants to prepare quarterly and annual accounts.
We’re looking for someone hands-on and detail focused, with strong Sage 50 and Excel skills, and experience in a similar role or looking for a new challenge. Experience with multi-company, multi-currency accounts and postponed accounting is an advantage.
